Whilst you may be aware of your stress levels there are lots of signs and symptoms that can indicate that you are under stress.

SPIRTUAL SIGNS

• Feelings of isolation
• Lack of forgiveness
• Loss of meaning in life
• Loss of direction
• Persistent guilt feelings
• Self abuse
• Hostility in any form

EMOTIONAL SIGNS

• Rapid mood swings
• Anxiety attacks
• Anger
• Depressions
• Worry
• Frequent nightmares
• Restlessness
• Feelings of despair
• Nervous laughter

SOCIAL SIGNS
