Why have I devised this program?
Having taught Exercise and Health & Wellbeing for over 30 years and having a keen interest in helping women feel good about themselves, I realised there just isn’t enough out there to help women through midlife.
Having experienced some troublesome symptoms leading up to my menopause at the age of 47, I realised that if I had had access to more or better information, I may have managed my symptoms better and developed a different approach to my Years of Change.
I already specialise in Prenatal, Postnatal and Pelvic Floor Health but I want to be able to offer more to midlife Women. My study, combined with lots of other research, has led me to be able to devise this program and fulfil my mission to really help women through what can be one of your most challenging stages of life.
I want to dispel the myth that Menopause has to be such an awful experience – it can actually be very positive. You only have to look around you to see many women who look vibrant, youthful and confident in their later life! You can improve symptoms you may be experiencing during the Menopause, feel more positive about this transition; and ENJOY THESE YEARS OF CHANGE.
I am going to show you how!

As we slowly put the pieces together, you will see that there is not one easy solution to feeling your best at this stage of life, it’s about addressing unhelpful habits and learning how you can take control so that you can feel at your best in your midlife and beyond.
